Georgia Library Kicks Off 2011 Adult Summer Writing and Reading Program

July 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Perry Public Library presents the 2011 Adult Summer Reading Program featuring Georgia's own Miranda Parker.

Miranda Parker is the author of A Good Excuse to Be Bad, Book 1 in the Angel Crawford Bounty Hunter Series. This journalist, book awards judge, and DBF volunteer has written over fifty magazine features since graduating from Agnes Scott College. She began writing fiction in 2005 after taking a writing workshop taught by Chuck Palanuik. Now Parker writes romcom suspense for Kensington Publishing Corp. She will also appear at the 2011 National Book Club Convention in Atlanta and the 2011 Decatur Book Festival.
