July 20, 2011 - PRLog -- No Greater Gift, an innovative charity that works to fight global poverty by providing an alternative to traditional gift giving, is now open on the web at www.NoGreaterGift.org.

No Greater Gift is a new 501(c)3 charity that seeks to impact those around the world who live in extreme poverty by raising money for selected charities that have demonstrated effectiveness in providing relief to those who suffer from the effects of such poverty.  Donations are made in the form of gifts of charity as an alternative to traditional gift giving; those gifts are monetary donations that go directly to impacting the lives of those in extreme need.

No Greater Gift has been in development for the last nine months and will now partner with 15 charities that provide support in the pillars of Health, Education, Shelter, Hunger and Justice to those that live in extreme poverty around the world and in greatest need in those areas.

“Our goal [in creating No Greater Gift] is not only to help fight global poverty, but to also raise awareness for those in need,” explains co-founder Mike Dudiak.  “We are planning an aggressive campaign to raise awareness for the fight against global poverty, but also to raise awareness for No Greater Gift, a charity that we created to change lives.”

No Greater Gift (NGG) was created to promote the idea of giving the gift of giving. We believe that people truly want to help those less fortunate than ourselves. It’s simple: Buy a charitable gift as an alternative to a traditional gift; Give it to someone special; Help someone in need through your generosity; Spread the idea of giving the gift of giving in one of our 5 Pillars: Health, Shelter, Education, Hunger, Justice

In order to eradicate extreme poverty, we need to enable others to improve their situations and for the changes to be sustainable rather than temporary, quick fixes. This philosophy directs our decisions when we choose our partner charities.

NGG is built on a foundation of fiscal responsibility and financial transparency. We are unwavering in existing to help those living in extreme poverty. We purposely and strategically operate with minimal overhead expenses to ensure that the majority of donations received make their way to those we serve.
