PRLog -- Trace Analytics is happy to announce that on July 11, 2011 they implemented phase 1 of a major upgrade to their Customer Database. This project headed by Kristine Traylor the Database Manager at Trace, has been a long time coming and it's the beginning of some exciting new features they will be offering their customers! They have given a face lift to their AirCheck Reports, Data Sheets and Invoices. In an effort to "go green" and streamline business, they opted to do away with a separate Report and Certificate, in an effort to save a few trees and be a little kinder to the planet. Instead they went with a single layout that represents the Report AND Certificate on one page. Really a simple idea but what a difference it will make! It will mean a dramatic decrease in paper on both the company’s and customer’s desks, not to leave out how many trees it will save. In addition, customers will receive their Reports via email instead of regular mail when an email address is available. If you are a current customer and would like to support their Going Green effort; and help save a few trees yourself, let them know if they can email your Invoices instead of printing and mailing them the traditional way. As a consumer, think about going with companies across the board that make Green Efforts to save our planet, one small step at a time.
They hope you love the new look and embrace the idea behind it as much as they have! Watch for new and exciting things to come from Trace! Be the first to know by connecting with them on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
