An educational initiative, Simply College Ready, Set, Go, has been established as a resource for parents and students to learn proven methods to save on college costs to be as close to debt free as possible. With the high price of a college education, many families spend hours trying to find ways to pay for tuition, room, board and other expenses. They are focused on covering the costs rather than reducing the costs. Simply College Ready, Set, Go Seminars help families develop a plan for paying less or possibly eliminating college expense with practical, methodical, easy steps designed for individual student and family needs. Seminars are designed for the various stages in the college planning process, beginning with the 8th grade through the 12th grade. Parents will learn methods to protect their savings, retirement and not go in debt for college. Students will learn techniques to save on expenses as well as ideas to earn money to prevent re-paying loans for years after graduation. The next seminar is Monday, August 8, 2011 from 7PM-9PM and will be held at Jumping Jungle/One-Up Fitness located at 535 Vestal Parkway West, Vestal, NY 13850.
