The ARP965 is a mobile ultra fast processing multi-slot computing system with rugged aluminum chassis construction and corner bumper protection.  It features the latest Intel 2nd Generation Core i7 or i5 quad or dual core and threaded energy efficient processor with ultra fast DDR3 memory.  The unit offers either 3x PCI-X expansion slot (64-bit 133MHz and 100MHz) or 3x PCI-E 2.0 x8 Lane expansion slot for the latest high speed acquisition boards; and with the integrated HD 3000 Graphic it frees up all slots for the important data acquisition expansion slots.  Internal storage starts at 250GB and offers 2 removable 2.5" drive space which capable of storing 2TB of data.  Everything is combine in a portable package with a high brightness contrast 1024x768 LCD and foldable keyboard w/ touchpad.  Interfacing with the unit takes place further with the built-in dual Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, Serial ports and output feature both HDMI and DVI.  

Battery Operated Option:

The ARP956 offers battery operated capability option.  The unit can be fitted with dual high capacity Li-ion hot-swappable battery totaling 190WHr which enable the unit to be up while changing the exhausted battery.  Normal operation will allow the unit to operate on battery for 2.5+ hours when fully charged.  Or it can operate with the supplied charger and to allow continue usage while charging.
