BANK OF AMERICA:

Release: DJ Donnelly was a very loyal and paying credit card customer of Bank of America, from Jan 2008 till they aburptly cancelled his excellent paid credit card account. This was done in retaliation becuase of a complaint Donnelly filed to the Federal Reserve, the same day they accepted his payment for the card, they cancel it!!

There are legal website over the internet that only show what BOA wants readers to see, how Donnelly lost the case as a Pro Se, he fought the Giant alone, no lawyers would take his case, because it was Bank of America. After filing the case, docket # 8:90-cv-0910, Donnelly filed the case as a Pro Se in the US  District Court. Donnelly requested in the Civil Complaint that his card rights be restored, plus a $50,000 Punitive Damage. The Court firslty agreed with Donnelly and ordered the case go to Trial in April of 2010, then exactly one month later the Court and their Judges deny the case as " Moot", having firstly sting "The Case will go to a Jury, Jury selction to begin in March 2010"...then Moot?? that states $$$$ from BOA to close the case. Donnelly, filed an Appeal in the US Court of Appeals, it sat for 9 months then , closed? why ???  $$$$. Any time BOA has a issue or is under investigations, why do they always win all the time $$$, their a bank !!!

If Bank of Ameruca is "The Bank of Opportunity" why do this to a very good customer?? Read the truth....To this day, Donnelly received bills from BOA, Donnelly's response !! " BOA, "o ahead and sue me for the balance", which they never did...why do you think??
