Daniel J. Solinsky Named Associate at Salenger, Sack, Kimmel & Bavaro

July 18, 2011 - PRLog -- Daniel J. Solinsky has joined Salenger, Sack, Kimmel & Bavaro, LLP (SSK&B) as an associate in the firm’s Woodbury, N.Y. office.  With offices in Woodbury and Manhattan, SSK&B concentrates its practice in personal injury and medical malpractice law.  Partner Jeffrey Kimmel made the announcement.

At SSK&B, Danny primarily concentrates his practice in motor vehicle accident and premises liability matters.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as Principal Court Attorney under two Administrative Justices in the Supreme Court of Bronx County. In that role he drafted court orders, decisions and other legal memoranda on pre- and post-trial motions, and advised and assisted Associate Justices in hearings, bail review and trial matters.  

Prior to working in the court system, Danny was an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County. He served in the prestigious A34 trial bureau, and was charged with prosecuting violent and non-violent felony matters including armed robbery, grand larceny, assault and firearm possession.

As a summer intern at the United States Attorney's Office, Eastern District, Danny was a Judge J. Edward Lumbard Fellow.  He earned his B.A. from the University of Connecticut and is a Dean’s List graduate of St. John’s University School of Law.  He is admitted to the Bar in New York and resides in Plainview, N.Y.
