Peter Neal has joined Prism to head up the Sales Team. Peter’s vast experience of sales, business development, coaching and training adds an extra level of knowhow and experience to help Prism move into an exciting new phase of company development.
Peter said ‘I’m really excited about the appointment having always been interested in new technologies and was pleasantly surprised when I discovered the scale of the opportunity that lies ahead for a young, expanding and dynamic company such as Prism. It’s refreshing to be working in an organisation where everyone pulls together, with business development, operations, the business owners and the technical engineers all working towards a common goal. I am relishing the challenge.’
Robert Cheshire has also joined Prism as part of the ongoing expansion of the technical support team. For over 10 years Robert has been supporting large corporate IT systems for companies including Ciba Speciality Chemicals and the ENER-G Group plc.
Robert will be providing on-site and telephone support to Prism clients, whilst also bringing valuable knowledge of the service desk practices and processes employed by large internal IT support teams.
Prism’s third appointment and addition to the Technical Support Team is Andy Byram whose previous experience includes working for Rockwell HFS Loans and Capital One. His knowledge of server security and network infrastructure brings further technical knowledge to the Prism team.
