Fashion Has Heart Charity Fashion Show and Exhibition Adds Kim’s Kause to Fundraising Lineup

July 18, 2011 - PRLog -- The “Fashion Has Heart” Benefit Fashion Show and Exhibition for the Have A Heart Children’s Cancer Society will be held Thursday, July 28 from 6:00PM-11:00PM at HK Lounge located at 405 W. 39th ST. Featuring talented fashion designers, models, celebrity hosts, musicians, DJ’s and lifestyle vendors, organizers of the event plan to raise a significant amount of funds for the Have A Heart Children’s Cancer Society and Kim’s Kause.

A collaboration between Black Stiletto Public Relations, Mahogany Communications and Barbara Guzman Productions, the goal of the event is raise awareness for children’s cancer treatment and programs funding financial assistance for families with children cancer patients. HAH is a 501(c) 3 charity on a mission to help alleviate a families financial burden and to improve the quality of life for a child battling cancer.

Recently added to the fundraising lineup, a portion of the proceeds will go to assist Kim’s Kause.  Kimberly Niedzielski, a New Jersey Native and loving wife to a husband of 13 years and mother to 2 children, was diagnosed with cancer during the most turbulent times of her life and will receive funds to help pay for cancer treatments and provide financial assistance to her family.

The event will be emceed by entertainment brothers, TV and film actor Jabari Gray, guest-star on NBC’s Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Fringe, Gossip Girl, Rescue Me, White Collar, and Law & Order; and theater actor Sanyika Gray.

Four fashion designers have signed on to participate in the fashion show.  Featured designers include: Jeriza Peralta, Co-owner of Children’s Fashion label Kana; YaaSerwaah BY Akuoku; Natalie Woods by Camilla Luke; and multiple bridal designers from boutique, Gabriella New York. Other designers to be announced.
