Btf Concerts Presents: Rock The Schools 2011

July 15, 2011 - PRLog -- New York, NY (July 5, 2011) – BTF Concerts is excited to announce that Tyler Hilton and Ryan Cabrera will Co-Headline ROCK THE SCHOOLS benefit concert on August 29, 2011 with Special Guests Dion Roy, Locksley and Val Emmich. This intimate show, featuring special acoustic sets by Actor/Singer/Songwriter, Tyler Hilton (One Tree Hill, Walk the Line) and Pop sensation/ Singer/Songwriter, Ryan Cabrera, will be an unforgettable night with some of music’s hottest up-and-coming artists.  The concert will be hosted by Z100′s Trey Morgan.

ROCK THE SCHOOLS will take place at the Gramercy Theater in NYC on Monday, August 29th at 7:30pm.  BTF Concerts, a newly-formed concert production company, has taken a stand to do anything possible to keep music programs in NY State public schools alive.

Because of recent severe budget deficits that New York State schools have been faced with, music departments have been forced to cut back tremendously; some schools have even proposed to cut music departments all together.

BTF Concerts believes that music is a vital part in the development of young minds and that all students should have the opportunity to participate in these programs to express themselves artistically.  

Special ROCK THE SCHOOLS discounted tickets will be available for $35.00, as well as a limited number of VIP packages for $75.00, on Thursday, July 7, through www.btfconcerts.com. VIP packages include admission to a pre-concert party, meet and greet with applicable artists and priority admission to ROCK THE SCHOOLS. Full price tickets for $40.00 will go on sale through Ticketmaster on Monday, July 11th at 10:00am.
