No Translation Necessary! My Wonderful Walls Puts a Modern Spin on the Mom & Pop

July 15, 2011 - PRLog -- In 2008, husband and wife team Michael and Stephanie Goins of Chattanooga, Tennessee began My Wonderful Walls, an internet-based business featuring wall stencils, wall stickers, and canvas wall art for kid rooms and bay nurseries. They design and produce 100% of their products out of their local workshop in Chattanooga, Tennessee USA. Though in the beginning, international sales were few and far between, overseas interest is now at an all-time high.

“Some days nearly half of our total sales come from customers overseas”, comments co-owner and product designer Michael Goins. My Wonderful Walls now proudly has a presence in all 7 continents around the world. Goins adds, “I love to imagine my wall designs in some quaint English cottage in the countryside or on the walls of a child's room in a high rise in Venezuela.” And often, they get to see their designs in said places for themselves, as their customers frequently email them images of their newly decorated walls. Stephanie, who handles customer service for the company, adds that their customers tend to be highly enthusiastic, “People get very excited about babies. We are thrilled to be able to help them create the perfect space for their baby-to-be or little child”.

They attribute this soar in international sales in part due to increase in internet shopping around the globe, but also due to the fact that their kids wall murals are indeed one of a kind. They pour their heart and soul into their products… something that needs no translation at all.
