InShape 2.0 for iTouch, iPhone, iPad allows you to create your own exercise plan and track all exercises you perform. Well-formatted exercise logs can be viewed and/or emailed to you on demand. InShape starts you off with over 70 pre-loaded exercises including images and detailed steps of execution with suggested durations, sets, repetitions and more. You can easily calculate and graph your Body Mass Index (BMI), and the application also explains how to measure your heart rate. InShape simplifies keeping track of your cardios, workouts, stretches and more, and now with a new pedometer you can track your walking, hiking, and running sessions, including average speed, current speed, and calories burned.
If you have an exercise or routine that you would like to share with others, we ask that you please email us two images of yourself performing the exercise (one at starting position, one at end). Include the necessary steps to perform it, and if our trainers approve it, we will perform the necessary file conversions and add you to the next revision of InShape!
