Gabriel Morales de la Maza Joins Executive Search Firm TRANSEARCH International in Santiago, Chile

July 13, 2011 - PRLog -- Gabriel Morales de la Maza has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with extensive experience in people management in various industries. He has been a Professor at Universidad de Los Andes teaching Administration courses. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, Gabriel worked for several large companies as a Human Resources Director: Lan Airlines, Ripley and Alsacia. He also has been an advisor to the Superior Council of DUOC. Gabriel holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

As an expert in the negotiation model from Harvard University, he has participated in over 300 collective bargaining processes in Latin America and Spain. Gabriel teaches negotiation courses at Universidad de Los Andes in Santiago.
