Animal Friends Rescue Project is having a Kitten Fest at their Pacific Grove adoption center at 560 Lighthouse Ave the weekend of July 22, 23 and 24th. AFRP will be filling their adoption center with adorable kittens all ready for their new homes. Come and meet your new family member from 12-7 Friday and 12-5 on Saturday and Sunday. Kitten adoption fees will be reduced to just $50 and each kitten is spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, FELV/FIV tested, vaccinated for FVRCP, de-wormed, treated with flea treatment, you will receive a free vet exam and free cardboard carrier.  AFRP will Double the Love (2 for 1 adoption fee) if one of the kittens is solid black.  These special adoption fees are only good for during Kitten Fest.

It’s an ideal time to adopt a new feline friend, since the spring and summer months bring a surge of kittens and cats to our local shelters Kitten Fest will help us make room for more kittens needing our help at the shelters. Come into the AFRP Adoption Center and find your new friend!

For those who want to help but cannot adopt - donations are always welcome to help AFRP assist more cats desperately in need.  For more information or to make a donation visit www.animalfriendsrescue.org or call 831-333-0722.

Animal Friends Rescue Project is dedicated to finding good, permanent homes for stray, abandoned, injured and abused cats and dog from our local shelters. AFRP relies on support from the community to rescue and adopt out over 1,500 homeless cats and dogs each year. Since 1998, they have placed over 15,800 cats and dogs into loving new homes.  AFRP also operates the Lifelink Transport program which has transported over 5,200 dogs to safety with other rescues throughout California in the past year.  AFRP is the safety net for the animals most at risk in our local shelters.
