Incentive Solutions taps Leong to drive RewardTrax strategy

July 13, 2011 - PRLog -- Dan Leong, a 25-year veteran of the incentive and motivation industry has joined Incentive Solutions as vice president of product development.

Leong will focus on growing Incentive Solutions’ market share via RewardTrax — the firm’s Web-based engine for points-based reward programs. He sees the technology as having broad appeal for organizations of all sizes and sectors. RewardTrax provides a personal connection to program participants, greater flexibility for reward issuance and robust backend administrative reporting.

Leong is past chief operating officer of USMotivation, where he grew company revenue more than 400%. Earlier in his career he was president of Incentive Innovation and spent nearly two decades in product development with Automated Data Processing (ADP). In 2007 he became a trustee of the Incentive Research Foundation, an industry organization promoting the science, application and benefits of incentives in business and industry.
