PRLog - Jul. 12, 2011 - LONDON, U.K. -- Online sensation Mister Jack, the artist who robbed X Factor star Cher Lloyd of the YouTube number one spot, unleashes his new summer anthem “Ain’t Gonna Let You”. A sure fire Ska-Pop hit that’s destined to get people on their feet this summer. “Ain’t Gonna Let You Go” will be available in all major online retailers on July 25th 2011.

With his new single Mister Jack mixes the vintage sounds of Ska with a modern twist, while adding his usual humor. “Ain’t Gonna Let You Go” is catchy and infectious, perfect for the Summer.  In the words of Chris Phillips of Best Radio For Miles “Dismiss Mister Jack at your peril, because underneath the genuinely funny lyrics is a myriad of musical ideas.”

The song opens with a blast of saxophones as you’d expect from any good Ska hit, bringing you right into the song which is driven by a walking bass line, the song is alive and kicking as it leads us into the hook which is punctuated with a rhythmic saxophone and led by a beautiful female vocal exclaiming her love for Mister Jack. Performing the amazing piano solo is the musician that replaced Jools Holland in Pop Legends Squeeze Stephen Large and keeping the beat is Simon Hanson also of Squeeze.

Mister Jack has seen a huge response online enjoying many chart entries on YouTube, being the frontrunner to Rihanna, Justin Bieber and even knocking Cher Lloyd of the number one spot last Christmas. He has even been honored with an exclusive feature in Bebo’s Reggae section and accumulated numerous honors for his music by iLike/Garageband and has received both reviews and features from Music News, Entertainment Focus, MTV and more.

Mister Jack has been compared to Jamie T, Clik Cliks, Mike Skinner, Madness, Jilted John and The Clash. He has seen coverage on hoards of podcasts & internet radio stations and received great support from Jon Leech at BBC Essex and many other Specialist radio shows.

While Mister Jack has not been performing live due to ill health, he is now feeling much better and is expected to perform on Jools Holland and The Reading Festival so interviews and live appearances can now be arranged.
