Danny Clay caught his big break when he was discovered by Nephew Tommy while recording a session of The Steve Harvey Morning Show. Danny so impressed the audience during a “Radio Star” talent show conducted by Steve Harvey that Mr. Harvey invited Danny to tour with him on his “Tear Your Mouth Out” comedy tour.

Soon thereafter, Danny Clay was singing with elite R&B artists such as Ne-Yo, John Legend and Musiq Soulchild, and went on to record “Foolish Pride”, his first national single. Danny was also cast in the popular stage performance of “Madea’s Big Happy Family” which was produced and directed by the iconic Tyler Perry. August 12, 2011, Danny will be featured at the Midnight Comedy Jam in Las Vegas during the Steve Harvey’s 9th Annual Hoodie Awards.
