Jul. 9, 2011 - South Florida seniors and their families are welcome to attend The Karp Law Firm's FREE "Senior Survival Workshops." Florida Bar Certified Elder Law Attorneys Joseph S. Karp and Genny Bernstein will explain the steps Florida residents must take to preserve their assets and protect their families. Topics include how to avoid going broke if you need a nursing home, assisted living or home care; how to avoid probate; and clear explanations of the benefits of wills, trusts, durable power of attorney and other estate planning tools. These sessions are free and there is no obligation. Every attendee will have the opportunity to schedule a free consultation with the firm's elder law attorneys, if desired. Lights refreshments served. No advance reservations are required.
