Michael has over 25 years of professional civil engineering and land development experience, with expertise in commercial office, industrial, retail, institutional, residential and public projects. He is responsible for Civil Engineering business development and client relationships in the Northern California region, as well as management of projects. Michael received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University in San Diego, California and is a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in the State of California.
