Dunn Tire to Open 31st Store on July 11th

July 7, 2011 - PRLog -- Dunn Tire has announced plans to open the newest store in its retail chain in the Rochester, New York suburb of Pittsford. The Pittsford, New York store will be the 31st store regionally for Dunn Tire, and its ninth location in the Rochester market. Opening on July 11th, the store will occupy the former Trombley Tire and Auto location in the Pittsford Colony Plaza on Monroe Avenue.

Dunn Tire is opening the Pittsford location to make it more convenient for many of their customers “We have customers in Pittsford, Fairport, Victor, East Rochester, parts of Brighton, and all the surrounding areas that this store will be more convenient for,” said Managing Director of Retail Operations Patrick Logue, “We’re opening July 11 offering tires and oil changes, but will soon be a full service Dunn Tire store offering wheel alignments, brakes, shocks, struts, state vehicle inspections, and all the quality services our customers expect from us.”

The store at 3400 Monroe Avenue will be closed for renovations until July 11th when it will reopen as Dunn Tire. Former employees of Trombley Auto and Tire at the location will be retained, and will continue to work at the store.

“We opened our first Rochester area store in Henrietta in 1985. That store grew to the point where we had to relocate it in 1996 to its current location, and now we’re opening our ninth store here in Pittsford,” Logue said, “We look forward to meeting new customers, and having the opportunity to earn their business.
