Free Continuing Education Course Held At Westbrook In Forsyth County By O’dwyer Homes

Murphy School of Real Estate developed a seminar due to an overwhelming request from agents for answers on why appraisals are coming in so low. This special FREE Continuing Education Class was packed full of extremely useful information. They learned the true definition of gross living area, what qualifies as a bedroom and a bathroom, how to find and adjust comparables and how to determine value and much more.
The course was held at Westbrook in Forsyth County, GA on April 26, 2011.  Westbrook, priced from the $300’s, is located just minutes from GA 400 in South Forsyth County and features welcoming streetscapes, charming homes, neighborhood parks, a tot lot, clubhouse and swim/tennis center with wooded walking trails, a historic covered bridge and seven acres of green space.
