Stacey performs a variety of massage therapy techniques including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage as well as pre- and post-event, Medical Massage, Geriatric  Massage( 30 min. only), Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Massage, Lymphatic Drainage (swollen limbs, edema, medical conditions), Myofascial  Release, Trigger Point Release Therapy and Neuromuscular techiniques, as well as stretching clients (active, and passive) Active Isolated Stretching (AIT).
