Brookstone Grille Honored with Best of New Hampshire Award

July 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Derry, New Hampshire – Brookstone Grille was recently honored by New Hampshire Magazine’s Best of NH 2011 for its carpaccio. It was named as one of the Editor’s Picks.

The Beef Carpaccio is a dish that was added to the menu last year when Chef Kevin Riley came on board at the restaurant. Thinly sliced seared beef is drizzled with whole grain mustard aïoli and parsley-caper puree, then topped with ciabatta croutons, arugula and shaved Parmesan.

“It’s such an honor to have one of my dishes recognized,” Riley said. “My goal is to bring something different to the Merrimack Valley area that diners at Brookstone Grille will enjoy. I am thankful to those who are enjoying what we do here.”
