July 5, 2011 - PRLog -- All over the world women are obsessed with their hair, and spend a huge amount of money to ensure their hair is in perfect condition, and this has become somewhat of an obsession.

A year’s average salary is spent by many women buying hair products and having their locks cut, coloured and styled, and a recent survey showed 40 percent of those questioned admitted that styling their hair made them late for work at least twice a year, and also admitted they would rather spend money on hair products than food.

The survey also showed that women took an average of 40 minutes to style their hair before a night out, and 60 per cent of women surveyed confessed they would take their hair straighteners on a beach holiday, to avoid frizzing.

It was found that women in the Middle East spend between 16 and 30 minutes per day on their hair, topping Russian and Polish women who spend between 6 and 15 minutes per day.  Luckily for women that spend so much time twisting, combing, and styling their hair it is just as well that hair is strong.

The cuticles which provides between four and ten layers of protective coating, is the first defense against damage.  The inside of the hair shaft is made up of lots of little fibres bound together like rope, this of course gives hair its strength and makes it hard to break.

The secret is to protect and strengthen hair from root to tip, in fact across its entire length, of course there are shampoo conditioners and hair treatments on the market that will do the job for you, and fend off damage against combing styling, and sometimes even help prevent hair fall due to breakage, having said that, we lose at least 30 to 100 hairs from the head every day.

If the hair is moisturized it is more resistant and less easy to break, and the blend of ingredients in a quality hair products range will work to strengthen and protect by helping control moisture level deep into the hair fibre.

With so much on the market today mousses, gels, irons, and many more, hair care products are all jostling for your attention, but the important and essential products are simple and will give you a head of hair to be proud of.

A good quality shampoo for your hair type, a shampoo will work by cleansing hair of dirt and oil, and picking the correct shampoo is all about the ingredients, conditioners will heal and help repair heat and chemical damaged hair and a good conditioner will coat hair leaving it tangle-free.

Of course you can invest in volume mousse or straightening balm, shine serum, but the most important thing to remember as long as you keep your hair clean, conditioned, and protected from the elements, you will certainly achieve healthy locks; there is always a product that is fit for purpose and can help you achieve healthy shiny hair.

A spokesman for Fabriah professional hair products online said “of course some women are obsessed with their hair it is our ‘crowning glory’ it makes us the person we are, we offer top brand products online, and deliver free to the UK, shopping online is much easier than trudging around shop after shop, and now more people are enjoying this experience”.
