One of the biggest frustrations that many people with sleeping difficulties report is the inability to calm their minds down long enough to be able to drift off to sleep.  

The course has been designed to specifically address the problem of sleeping difficulties that are caused by mental and emotional restlessness at night and which in turn leads to mood swings, poor concentration and memory lapses during the day.

Although meditation is an effective way to help people to sleep better, many who have difficulties with racing or circling thoughts often find attempts at meditating impossible or frustrating.

Therefore this is not a traditional meditation course although it can be used as a stepping stone to more traditional meditation practice. The techniques on this course do create the same beneficial health effects that are produced by continual traditional meditation practice.

There are 3 modules in the course.  The first module focuses on muscle relaxation and is designed to help the listener guide their body into enter a state of deep physical relaxation.

The second module of the course focuses on mental relaxation by releasing emotional stress. The listener is guided through a special technique that is designed to bring their brain into a deep state of relaxation whilst improving their circulation.

The third module of the course combines physical relaxation with guided visualisation and a self hypnosis technique that is designed to guide the listener towards sleep.

Each recording contains a separate section of relaxation music. Two of the modules contain music with binaural beats.
