Dr. Sandra Brown of Cabarrus Eye Center was Voted Top Pediatric Eye Doctor in 2010 by Peers

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 5, 2011 - Other physicians have chosen Dr. Sandra Brown of Cabarrus Eye Center as one of the 2010 Top Doctors listed by the "Charlotte Magazine" to honor physicians in various specialties. Dr. Brown specializes in eye muscle problems in children but also attends to adult patients at Cabarrus Eye Center.

Every year, "Charlotte Magazine," a monthly subscription-based publication, sends a mail survey to doctors in the area and have them choose or vote on their peers in the various specialty areas. The list was published in the Top Docs July 2010 issue.

According to "Charlotte Magazine," their list of top doctors for 2010 is composed of 276 physicians in 60 specialties that other doctors would recommend for their loved ones if they are in need of medical care. The magazine called these doctors "the men and women other physicians trust and feel comfortable with."

"It was an honor to be voted best pediatric eye doctor by my peers," said Dr. Sandra Brown.

Dr. Brown received her Fellowship at the Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus, Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan. She has been treating children as well as adults with eye misalignment and other eye muscle problems since 1994. Cabarrus Eye Center is honored to have Dr. Brown as part of the team since 2005.
