New concept in Swimming Celebrates Grand Opening in Rockwall

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 1, 2011 - Dallas, Texas, July 1st, 2011 – After the great anticipation, the grand opening of Rockwall’s Aqua-Tots Swim School has arrived. Rockwall native and owner, Lindsey Ruth Harris is excited to share her new business and love of swimming with the communities of Lake Ray Hubbard.  The facility, which will offer swimming instruction and water safety information for children and families, will be open to the public for a celebration from 2:00-5:00 PM on July 9th.  

The public is invited to view the facility and to test out its brand new pool, while learning about Aqua-Tots Swim School’s specially designed swim programs. These programs are based on a curriculum that emphasizes water safety while fostering a love of swimming.
During the event, information about drowning prevention will be distributed and families can learn different ways to prevent water related accidents. Snacks, refreshments, and music will round out the party, as well as plenty of supervised fun in the pool.

“We have come such a long way in the past three months, and we cannot wait to show Rockwall our facility,” says Ms. Harris. “We want to be a big part of the community, and hope to meet families in the area, as well as community leaders at the event”

Lindsey’s own love of water inspired her to open an Aqua-Tots Swim School. Growing up in the water of Lake Ray Hubbard, she believes that every child should be able to swim and every family should have knowledge about water safety. Through this facility, Lindsey hopes to give back to the Rockwall community while running a business that allows her to teach children not only to have fun in the water, but most importantly to be safe.

Aqua-Tots was founded in Scottsdale, Arizona, by Ron and Jane Sciarro in April 1991. Since its inception, this initial home based business exploded with success.
