NDNA Announces New Partnership with ASDA to Help Nurseries Enjoy Benefits of Online Shopping

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 30, 2011 - National Day Nurseries Association, Head Office, 29 June 2011 – National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) today announced that it is working in partnership with supermarket chain ASDA to offer nurseries a dedicated online shopping experience within the ASDA business website.

Nurseries can now visit http://www.asda.com/nursery to order their shopping online and enjoy features including pre-created lists of commonly used nursery items and options to quickly purchase the ingredients needed to sample some of the recipes included in NDNA’s nursery cookbook ‘your essential guide to cooking tasty healthy food.’ Factsheets are also available on topics such as healthy eating and special diets.

NDNA has been working closely with ASDA to develop the special website which has been designed to make the shopping experience easy for nurseries. As well as the pre-created lists, nurseries are able to create and save their own weekly lists in reflection of changing menus, and are still able to add and remove items as necessary. Products for special diets, allergies and organic products are also available, and ASDA will deliver the order at a time to suit the nursery.

With online shopping offering nurseries a way to save valuable staff time, nurseries are also guaranteed to save money too. ASDA were recently confirmed as the lowest priced supermarket for the 14th year running. In addition, the ASDA 10% cheaper price guarantee also applies to online orders, meaning settings can input their receipt details and compare the cost to other supermarkets. If for any reason it is not 10% cheaper on your comparable grocery shopping, ASDA will give you the difference
