Poricy Park Announces 2011 Quilt Raffle - Valued at $1,000!

June 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Every year, Rebecca's Reel Quilters Guild (RRQ) of Poricy Park designs and handcrafts a unique, queen size quilt to benefit the Park. This year's quilt is created using cheery colors of blues, with coordinating accents of pinks and purples.

The quilt is valued at $1,000 and tickets are $1 each. All proceeds of the raffle benefit Poricy Park, located in Middletown, NJ. The tickets are available for purchase at the Poricy Park Nature Center, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. They are also available at RRQ and Park events.

The drawing for the quilt will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2011; winner need not be present.

Poricy Park Conservancy is proud to be the home of Rebecca's Reel Quilters Guild. Membership in RRQ is free with membership in Poricy Park. Rebecca's Reel Quilters guild meets once each month (except during July and December) at the Poricy Park Nature Center.
