Strat Property Management Teams with WebWorks, Upgrades Website to a More User-Friendly Platform

June 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Westwood, KS – June 29, 2011 – Strat Property Management, Inc. President Don Clauson had many reasons for updating his website, but if he had one end goal, it was that he wanted a site that would make the phone ring.

That’s what brought Clauson to WebWorks, the service that made Stat Property Management’s new website (http://www.lockaway-storage.com/), which launched earlier this month. WebWorks is a sister company to StorageFront, a web marketing resource and advanced search engine for the self storage industry. Both are operated by the web technology company Red Nova Labs.

StorageFront generated leads for Strat Property Management’s 29 self storage facilities in California and Texas, and that’s why he approached WebWorks’ Web Visibility Manager Tom Cox about his website.

“We showed Don how we are going to bring in customers with his new website and our premium SEO services,” Cox said.

WebWorks, which launched earlier this year, was created to assist self storage companies with website design, sophisticated coding, content management, search engine optimization (SEO) and web marketing consulting on an ongoing basis.

Strat Management’s website was redesigned to increase customer engagement. The new site includes a landing page for each facility, Google maps showing each facility’s location, a list of storage tips and Red Nova Labs’ patented storage calculator.

“Our primary objective was to have a functional website that was user-friendly that could attract customers to our locations and make our phone ring,” Clauson said. “We also wanted the site to be helpful to our customers.”

Strat Management’s new site is much more customer-friendly for the customer. Along with making the site easier to navigate, WebWorks also installed a pay online function with API integration, which allows customers to pay on the Strat Management website instead of going to a third-party site.

Clauson has been impressed with all the improvements to his company’s site and gave a big endorsement to the WebWorks’ team.
