[Rockford, AL – New Orleans, LA, June 30,2011] Author Michelle Hughes has announced the release of her new paranormal romance novel ‘A Night at Tears of Crimson’. The book will take you through the streets of the historical French Quarter in New Orleans and have you considering the author’s theory on the vampire legend.
Cara Faith Donovan was born and raised in a small town in Alabama. She makes the move to New Orleans in the hopes of starting a career in music. After six months of performing on the streets her funds are running low and she makes the decision to find a full time job. Brochures in the window of a vampire memorabilia shop lead her toward the new club Tears of Crimson. Cara discovers there’s more going on at this Goth club than a simple play on the new vampire craze. After meeting the owner she finds herself drawn to him in ways that make her question her own sanity. Were the legends more than just ideas from people who couldn’t explain ideas using modern scientific explanations?
“Tears of Crimson has been a dream of mine for many years,” states Michelle Hughes, “for as long as I can remember I have visited this place in my dreams and I thought it was time to share it with the world.”
