RetailBaltic has developed an innovative sales training programme for the Baltic States

RetailBaltic has started to offer a sales training programme focused on preparing retail staff for successful work in international environment.

PRLog - June 30, 2011 - RIGA, Latvia -- RetailBaltic is one of the newest retail consulting companies operating in all three Baltic States. Its team has wide experience in work with international customers and at the moment talks with H & M about possible cooperation are being held.

Even though, during the recent years the Baltic region has seen increase in the number of foreign visitors, at present, the retail staff in these countries still is underprepared to serve foreign customers. In most cases, the problem is not due to language barriers but the fact that sales personnel is not aware of how to efficiently use sales strategies to increase their performance. Furthermore, shop assistants lack knowledge about the norms of communication and etiquette generally approved in the Western world.

To address these issues, RetailBaltic has developed a sales training programme under the guidance of retail expert Zulfukar Tosun. The training programme is unique for the Baltic States as its successful realisation is ensured by an international team of specialists with more than 10 years of experience in retail industry. After completing the training retail staff will possess all the necessary skills to successfully serve international customers, thus, increasing their sales performance.
