FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 29, 2011 - PAHOA, Hawaii – (Release Date TBD) – According to BCC research, sports nutrition continues to be a major contributor to the bottom line of the nutrition industry, with profits around $31.2 billion annually. Author Donald “Spiderman” Thomas also notes that the public, both athletes and lifestyles users, have a tremendous need for legal nutritional sources of energy as well as practical advice on healthy aging.  In the New Jump Swing Healthy Aging & Athletic Nutrition Program, he addresses this growing need.

Let Thomas show you how through this program he was able to achieve three Guinness Book World records in public speaking. His topics included the history of herbs in maintaining physical fitness and vegetarian athletic nutrition.

New Jump Swing is a health / fitness program inspired by the nutritional recommendations and philosophy of the late martial arts master and film icon Bruce Lee. This book represents over thirty years of research by the author in the areas of physical rehabilitation, sports nutrition and ethnic health disparities.

Despite having a knee disease (Osgood-Schlatter) and subsequent knee surgery on both knees, as the former celebrity chairperson for the American Heart Association-Hawaii Chapter, Jump Rope for Heart campaign, Thomas has demonstrated and taught his program to more than 60% of the school system within the state of Hawaii as well as many of its premiere fitness clubs.
