Laura Hayden began doing comedy 10 years ago as a New Year’s resolution and people have been laughing at her ever since. “I Didn’t Mean To Be A Virgin In The 80’s!” had been percolating in her brain for years and her desire to bring it to The Edinburgh Fringe Festival was motivated by her comedy idol Eddie Izzard, who clams the Fringe Festival to be a comic’s rite of passage.
Laura has appeared in clubs, theatres, casinos and shacks all over the United States and several countries. She has performed at festivals in New York, Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Seattle. Other credits include The Night Shift with Kevin Ferguson, Funny.com, Dead American, LATALK radio and XM radio. Learn more about Laura by visiting www.laurahayden.com.
The Edinburgh Festival Fringe is the largest arts festival in the world and takes place every August for three weeks in Scotland’s capital city. Held by the Festival Fringe Society, this annual gathering celebrates arts and entertainment in all forms.
