Terry Hetherington Memorial and Awards Evening

June 27, 2011 - PRLog -- The Dylan Thomas Centre celebrates talented new writers at the Terry Hetherington Awards evening on Friday, 1 July at 7pm.

The fourth memorial evening for the late Neath writer Terry Hetherington celebrates the work of this year’s entrants to the Terry Hetherington Award for young writers.

There will be readings and tributes from Terry’s friends, and the launch of Cheval 4 – selected writing by and about Terry, published alongside work from the Award winners.

Those taking part include: Jemma King, Anna Lewis, Emily Vanderploeg, Leslie McMurtry, Rose Widlake, M.A.Oliver, Rebecca John, Whitney Pugh, Jonathan Edwards and Glyn Edwards.
