Brianna Sylver to Speak at UX Week 2011

June 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Chicago, IL - Brianna Sylver, President of Sylver Consulting, a Chicago-based innovation research and strategy consulting firm, is a featured workshop instructor at this year's UX Week 2011 in San Francisco, CA.  The workshop, entitled "Become a Data Whisperer: Turn Research into Design Opportunity," is designed to show attendees how to leverage a variety of analysis and synthesis tools to yield meaningful insights and tangible design criteria from user data.

Taking place August 23-26, 2011, "UX Week is the premier user experience design conference.  Design professionals from all over the world gather for four days of community, inspiration, and skills building." About Brianna: Brianna Sylver, president of Sylver Consulting, has worked with a multitude of organizations, inclusive of ABN AMRO Bank, NASA, Marriott International, and Frito-Lay to conduct customer-driven innovation initiatives. She’s a specialist in Design Ethnography, Creative Problem Solving, and Innovation, having spoken and written on each topic both nationally and globally. She’s also been publicly recognized for her contributions to the fields of innovation and consumer research from the Product Development & Management Association (PDMA), HSM Management in Brazil and the Qualitative Research Consultant Association (QRCA). In her free time, she’s an adjunct faculty member at the Institute of Design of the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), in Chicago, teaching courses on qualitative research, early prototyping, persona-driven system development, and global expansion research and strategy.
