Business Networking Group, Mt. Diablo Business Women, To Feature Speaker on Dieting at July Meeting

July 9, 2011 - PRLog -- Do diets really work?  Kelly Cornell, a holistic nutrition coach, certified holistic health coach, and founder of Kelly Cornell Wellness will speak to Mt. Diablo Business Women on Thursday evening, July 14.

Cornell's presentation will look at why diets do not work and can cause you more harm than good.  It will also look at the reasons why it is so hard to stick to a diet and what to do instead.  Information will be revealed regarding sugar cravings and how to tame them for good.  Cornell will explain how to experience incredible all-day energy in less than a week and how to take a different approach to losing weight that is simple and sustainable.

Kelly Cornell is a holistic nutrition coach, certified holistic health coach, and founder of Kelly Cornell Wellness. She is a nutrition writer and motivational speaker on the subject of health and nutrition.  

Mt. Diablo Business Women is a business networking group that meets the second Thursday of every month at the Lafayette Park Hotel. Meetings are from 5:45 pm to 8:30 pm. Meetings include networking, dinner and speakers.
