Lennar Supports Palmetto Heroes Homebuying Discount Program with Affordable Homes in South Carolina

South Carolina’s new Palmetto Heroes program provides affordable financing for individuals who positively contribute to their communities, including teachers, nurses, firefighters, police officers, emergency medical services personnel and veterans.  The initiative features a reduced mortgage interest rate of only 4.625 percent as well as up to $5,000 in down payment assistance.
