New Central Florida Sports Training Business Set To Open

 
PRLog - Jun. 23, 2011 - LAKE MARY, Fla. -- June 23, 2011 – Lake Mary, FL – Mark Benedict announced today Sports Upgrade, Inc is set to open in Lake Mary, FL.  Sports Upgrade will focus on the training of athletes to improve athletic performance.  
Sports Upgrade will offer local training opportunities for athletes in various locations throughout Central Florida.  They will also offer sports skill video analysis services.  Each analysis will be completed by using Dartfish software, a top of the line sports video analysis program.  Dartfish has been used by over fifty percent of all recent Olympic medal winners. Video analysis services will be able to be completed by sending all necessary information and video over the internet.  This will enable these services to also be available to individuals outside of the Central Florida area.
“Dartfish has been available to a limited number of athletes.  We believe that it is an incredible tool and we really want to give more athletes the opportunity to benefit from it and improve their abilities” said Mr. Benedict.  
Mr. Benedict is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He also is a Certified Athletic Trainer through the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.  Mr. Benedict has spent over 15 years working with athletes of all ages.
