Crescendo Business Services, an independent research firm, conducted a survey to find out which wealth managers successfully satisfied key client satisfaction criteria and overall scored the highest in client satisfaction. Crescendo surveyed by mail and phone, 68,500 high-net-worth residents in the Pittsburgh area and subscribers of Pittsburgh Magazine. An additional 7,500 surveys were sent to financial services industry professionals.
The resulting list of 2011 Five Star Wealth Managers represents those wealth managers in the Pittsburgh area that scored highest in client satisfaction. This list included thirty-two professionals from Hefren-Tillotson:
