Local Insurance Agent Takes Part in Prestige Producer Development Program

June 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Beverly, MA - Justin Montevecchi is driven to increase his knowledge in order to better help his clients with their insurance and risk management.  He was accepted into an exclusive program sponsored by State Auto Insurance and attended an intense two week “boot camp”.  The program matches qualified individuals with a mentor in order to facilitate learning and ensure candidates are committed to the program and continue to meet its high standards.  As part of the program Justin will attain his Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation.

Mr. Montevecchi said “I am so pleased to have been chosen for the program.  It has really been hard work, but I have learned so much.  I really value education, and feel that these kinds of programs allow me to do a better job for my clients.  Many people consider insurance “boring” but I think it is fascinating.  We are helping people and businesses control and mitigate risk.  It is so much more than just writing an insurance policy.”

Justin was recommended for the program by two of the agency owners, A. Carmen Marciano and Christine Sciola.  Christine said “Justin is such an asset to our agency, he takes a personal interest in all of his clients.  He personifies what Appleby & Wyman is all about.  Our motto is “Experience you can trust”, we value education and how it allows us to do the very best we can for each of our clients.  Justin always wants to learn in order to become a better insurance professional.”

The program is one year and Justin is currently half way through the curriculum.  He continued by saying “This is just the beginning; I look forward to continuing my professional education and attaining other designations.  By doing so I will be better prepared to assist my clients.”

Mr. Montevecchi is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.  He is a member of a number of different community and networking groups including the Northshore Business Forum.
