Piñon Grill’s new Brunch menu, priced from $11 to $18, emphasizes both traditional and unique flavors that appeal to all brunch enthusiasts, including new offerings like Pigs in a Blanket on a Stick ($12), country sausages on a stick hand-dipped in homemade blueberry pancake batter and fried crisp, Fresh Fruit Crepes ($11), made with light crème fraiche cheese filling and fresh fruit, and freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice ($4).
Children will delight in nostalgic buttermilk Silver Dollar Pancakes and Eggs ($12) and Piñon Thick Cut French Toast ($12), thick brioche bread dipped in French toast batter and rolled granola, cooked on the griddle and sprinkled with strawberries blueberries and bananas, topped with bacon and served with a side of syrup. The classic Smoked Salmon Platter ($14), crafted with a toasted and sliced bagel, chopped egg, red onion, capers, tomato and chive cream cheese, will become a new favorite for locals.
The “Make Your Own” Skillet Scrambler ($12), made with three whole eggs or egg whites, encourages those seeking variety to customize their Scrambler with distinctive fillings like beef brisket, Gulf shrimp, pulled chicken, and American bacon, fresh vegetables like asparagus, spinach, onions, red pepper, mushrooms, and cheeses such as white cheddar, Swiss, Havarti, cheddar, and American. Piñon Grill’s famous Crab Cakes also make an appearance on the Brunch menu with the Crab Benedict ($16), two mini crab cakes served on fresh-baked biscuits, topped with poached eggs, finished with a hollandaise sauce and served with asparagus and home fried potatoes.
