Using Special Effects Nail Polish

My overall impression is that the crackle top coat nail polish was good enough to give my nails a unique look, that went well with a number of my many outfits. What I found surprising about this nail varnish is how easy it was to wear, I applied two coats of a Nails Inc base coat and left it to dry for 5 minutes.

Then I applied one coat of the crackle top coat to the now dried base coat, by painting the crackle top coat in different directions it gives it that special effect. Prepare for the special effect, as the top coat ‘crackles’ away and the base coat starts to show through the cracks! Applying a top coat gives a glossy finish, so easy and impressive.

Hoxton is one of those vibrant entertainment destinations so I tried the Hoxton purple crackle nail polish (http://www.nailsinc.com/nailpolish/hoxton-crackle-top-coat/853/) with the Porchester Place Orange base coat both from Nails Inc on a Hoxton Saturday night out, and was very impressed with the results.

There are some colourful effects that can be created from the available nail polish, that experimenting with different combinations is fun.
