Sky's the limit for dynamic duo at Brayley Honda

June 21, 2011 - PRLog -- The team of 130 staff at Brayley Honda Group have clocked up more than 700 years of service between them and in just ten years since joining the motor trade as a site boy, 28 year-old Mark Corr has progressed from mowing lawns at Brayley Honda to becoming the company’s first Sales Director, as well as being one of the youngest in the industry.

Corr’s promotion means he is now responsible for new and used car sales totalling more than £20 million at the company’s four dealerships in Enfield, Grays, Hemel Hempstead and St Albans. He also leads the Group’s all makes prestige used car operation, Junction 25 Car Sales, launched in 2010.

Commenting on his promotion, Mark Corr, Sales Director, Brayley Honda Group, said:

“I consider myself very fortunate to work for such a forward looking business that enables me to think on my feet and show my ability to the maximum.  Over the last ten years, I’ve developed my skills significantly and am hungry for new opportunities to develop Brayley Group further. It’s a far cry from my days of mowing lawns but it taught me a lot about presentation and attention to detail.”

Supporting Corr in developing the Group’s performance from the Enfield dealership is 38 year old Donna Nash, who has been promoted to the role of Assistant Sales Manager, with responsibility for both sales and car finance.

Nash joined Brayley Honda in 2008 as a Sales Executive. In less than two years, she became the company’s first female Business Manager and one of only a minority of women to hold this position in the retail motor industry, all of whom are accredited by the Financial Services Authority.

Commenting on her new role, Nash said:

“I’ve always enjoyed helping customers choose a car that’s right for them and my new role will facilitate a seamless process for the customer from enquiry to delivery. I think for many people, it will be a refreshing change to deal with a woman when it comes to the finance as well as the sale.”
