Litvack most recently served as general manager of The Westin Pasadena, a position he held for five years. In the first quarter of 2010, he was named North America's Chief Sales Officer by managing Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. During his tenure, the property was also recognized on numerous occasions by the company for its guest, meeting and associate satisfaction scores.

Litvack's previous management experience includes three years as complex general manager for The Sixth Avenue Inn and Days Inn Town Center in Seattle, as well as 10 years with Hilton hotels. He also held key roles within the Disney family, including overseeing food and beverage operations for the Queen Mary.
