Kolesar & Leatham attorneys named Super Lawyers

June 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Kolesar & Leatham attorneys Elliott Eisner, Nile Leatham and Georlen Spangler have been recognized as Super Lawyers from the Mountain States region. Both Leatham and Spangler were previously recognized as Super Lawyers last year.  

Eisner was recognized for his practice in real estate, Leatham for bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights, and Spangler for construction litigation.

Super Lawyers also recognizes Rising Stars, the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state who are 40 years old or younger or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.

Two Kolesar & Leatham attorneys were named Mountain States Rising Stars: Robert Caldwell (business litigation) and for the second year in a row, Matthew J. Christian (construction litigation).

Rising stars are nominated by active peers, and their credentials reviewed by a research staff. According to Super Lawyers, while up to 5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
