Sustainable Filtration Company Based on Green Mission

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 20, 2011 - HOUSTON – Capital Filtrations of Austin, TX is a company that was founded on a green mission.  The firm supplies governments and businesses with oil filters and recycle washes that not only help the environment, but that significantly improve their bottom line.  The company recently extended its commitment to sustainability by joining the Green Business Bureau (GBB) on its way to becoming green business certified.

Capital Filtrations’ CEO, Michael White, says that he learned the importance of energy conservation and respect for the environment at a young age.  When he was introduced to Roligard Inc.’s line of eco-friendly products in the mid-1980’s, he was sold.

“I was impressed and enthusiastic to work with a distributor who manufactured products that promised to help the environment,” says White.  “Today, I still follow those same principles, and when growth opportunities are presented, actively seek to partner with organizations like the GBB in hopes of making a better world.”

White says he chose the GBB because of its “unmatched” commitment to maintaining what he calls “consistent green values”.

“We identify Consistent Green Values (CGV) as those Organizations and companies who not only embrace the green philosophy as their primary organizational mission, but who also seek out green partnerships, green providers for third party services and green affiliations in their efforts to expand and or network,” says White.

Capital Filtrations itself embodies CGV, as a company that started out as “green” in its inception. The company provides bypass filter systems and portable transfer-recycle systems that are designed for extending the life of aqueous & non-aqueous liquids.  They also provide systems are designed to safely blend waste oil/fuel or waste cooking oil to make Bio-diesel fuel. In short, these systems make it possible to safely use oil over and over again.
