Utilizing 20 years of experience in management, training & development, and IT Vanessa set out to help every woman she came in contact with.  Leveraging the growth of TheGirlfriendGroup, Vanessa focused on the 400+ members first.  "I had no reason to go outside my own network for anything.  It was a no-brainer to start inside and work my way out".  Once the website, www.getagirlfriendhired.com is fully operational, all women, job seekers age 50+, new college graduates and physically and intellectually disabled workers with have an employment portal to call their own.  Vanessa Maddox is now happy, content and moving forward.
