According to owners Terrie Boley and Claire Allison, “When we opened our doors for business we hoped our establishment would be embraced by the community as a unique, eco-family, family/pet-friendly destination. From day one, we were overwhelmed and honored with the positive response we’ve received from both food critics and patrons alike ---- we have many regular diners who have been asking us to add dinner service for quite some time. We thought we’d introduce dinner during June, July and August to see if our winning formula translates well into the evening hours and in response to our customer requests.”
Claire’s on Cedros serves a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes that incorporate fresh herbs, greens and fruit from their on-site garden with a menu that changes seasonally to take advantage of locally grown ingredients. The facility houses a scratch bakery that provides baked goods for the restaurant including gluten-free offerings. All baked goods and menu items are available for take-out and special order; on-site and off-site catering is also offered.
