Heinberg received two awards for her success in commercial real estate sales. She was presented with the award given to the RE/MAX associate in northern Illinois who earns the largest commission for a single commercial property sale. Heinberg won this honor for the sale of a large parcel of vacant land in Huntley, Ill.
She also was honored for ranking third in commercial sales among agents in the network during 2010. Each year, the network gives special recognition to its top commercial agents and teams, as well as to its Top 20 residential agents and teams. Rankings are based on commissions earned.
For her overall sales accomplishments, Heinberg earned membership in the RE/MAX 100% Club, which is one of five honorary clubs created by RE/MAX, each recognizing an important level of achievement in sales production. Those who earn membership in the 100% Club have reached a top level of sales productivity. In 2010, 17 percent of RE/MAX affiliates throughout the world earned this award.
The average productivity achieved by members of the 100% Club in the RE/MAX Northern Illinois network was 5.5 times higher than the average earnings of National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) sales agents reported in the 2010 NAR Member Profile.
